Finding Images

You may use COPYRIGHT FREE images that you find online.  Once you find an image that you like, save it to your folder by right clicking the image and choosing “save as”.

  • Overlap to create unity and connection.

LESSON 2: Mr. Produce Head Practice & Project

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
  • Download files needed for this assignment including images from internet. Save them to your personal folder.
  • Introduction to various Photoshop selection tools

  • Copy and paste for repeating layers

  • Use of transform and free transform tool for size, scale and rotate

  • Use of move tool, crop tool, and magic wraser

  • Naming, duplicating and reordering layers

  • Blending tools

  • Practice together

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 different characters (family, friends)

  • Name each layer.

  • Size, rotate and move each part to the correct location to represent a part of Mr. Produce Head and family/friends.

  • Order parts in a logical way (for example, the main potato layer should be below the eyes layer or you won't see them)

  • Creative background for your characters.

  • Embellish.
